UserProvider Plug-In

User Provider Plug-In, developed by Simon Zambrovski enables the usage of the information of the current logged-in user beyond the Wordpress system and contributes to an SSO solution with Wordpress as primary user database. In doing so, it uses solely HTTP-based mechanisms (cookies) and stores the information about the user. The User Provider offers only one part of the solution – the other part is the authentification mechanism of the system being integrated.
